Refund policy

Hey there! At Safe Basket, we're all about making sure you get top-notch service and delicious food every time. Your trust means the world to us, so we've got a customer-friendly refund policy just in case anything doesn't meet your expectations. Here's when it kicks in:

• If we're out of something you ordered
• Product weighs less than 95% of expected (except for cleaned fish, where it's 80%)
• If you're not happy with what you got

If any of these situations arise, our team will be on it, reaching out to you to sort out your refund preferences.

And hey, if you ever need to chat about a refund or anything else, you can reach us through any of our channels.

We take quality seriously, too. Our rigorous selection ensure your food arrives fresh and tasty. But if by some chance you're not satisfied with what you get, we'll refund anything that doesn't meet your standards, no questions asked, on the day of delivery.

Just a heads up: due to the fresh nature of our products, any refund claims made after the day of delivery will be subject to our discretion. But don't worry, we're still here to help out as best we can. So, be sure to check your items once received. We've got your back!
Refunds may be granted if replacement doesn't arrive within the day or through a credit voucher which you can use for future orders, or a direct refund via BDO, BPI, or GCash.

If we receive no reply, we will default to sending you a credit voucher for the amount owed via text and email. These may still be refunded to cash when requested. Please allow us within 24 to 48 hrs to process your refund.
