Shipping

Fastest arrival for orders is after one regular day. You can also select your desired delivery date on the date picker calendar before you checkout. The delivery time will depend primarily on location and distance. While adding items in your cart, we will show you our available delivery dates and along your ordered item corresponding prices.

Note that some orders carry a special delivery time-frame depending on its physical size that may differ from that of other orders from the same area of Davao City. If we determine that we will not be able to deliver an order within the promised time-frame, we will immediately contact you via phone number.

Please be sure to provide a valid street address for all orders.

Returns and Replacements

1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for specific items, simply let us know via phone, social media page, or email within 1-5 days of receipt.

2. Due to the fresh nature of our products, any refund claims made after 5 days of the delivery day will be subject to our discretion. We will issue a full refund on receipts on every item requested on your preferred payment method via direct transfer. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item or offer a discount code for the next purchase.

    Please Note:

    1. Goods will only be accepted for refunds or replacement if they are dispatched within 5 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

    3. The cost of refunding and replacing the item to you is Safe Basket Davao's responsibility from transaction fees, processing fees, delivery fees, and taxes. 

    4. No additional delivery charges to be made upon receiving replacements or missing items.

You may access this information by logging into your account on the Site. You can view the details on your orders and purchases (completed orders, open orders, soon to be dispatched orders) and administer your address details, bank details, and any newsletter to which you may have subscribed. You are asked to undertake personal access data confidentially, and not make it available to unauthorized third parties. We will not assume liability for misuse of passwords on the user’s end.​
